I am in Turkey with refugee status, can I get a work permit?

Foreigners with refugee or subsidiary protection status can work independently or dependently upon obtaining the status, provided that the provisions in other legislation regarding the jobs and professions in which they cannot work are reserved. The identity document of the refugee or subsidiary protection status holder also serves as a work permit and this status is written on the identity document.
