What are the Required Documents for a Student Visa from Afghanistan to Turkey?


DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TÜRKİYE STUDENT VISA

  • Original passport with 8 months validity on the date application which should have at least 2 empty pages with color photocopy (2 copies).
  • Two copies of recent Biometric photos at size of 5×5 cm with white background for Kabul zone and 2 Biometric photos at size of  5X7 cm with white background for Mazar zone covering  full-face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow.
  • Original Electronic Identity Card (E-Tazkira) with color photocopy.
  • Acceptance and registration letter of one of the educational institution for (Bachelor, Master and Ph.D) degree.
  • The university or educational institution is obligated to email the acceptance letter to Türkiye Embassy in Kabul or Consulate General in Mazar-e-Sharif Afghanistan  and also a copy of the Email attached with your application.
  • Having (YOS) exam certificate for bachelor degree.
  • Original School Certificate, Diploma and transcript with copies, which is attested by Ministry of foreign affairs of the Islamic republic of Afghanistan.
  • Financial guarantor’s letter for applicant stating he/she covers the entire cost during education
  • Financial guarantor’s proof of income which covers last 3 months Bank statement.
  • If bank statement is from First degree relatives (father, brother and sister) copy of Tazkira and passport of that person is must.
  • Acceptance email copy which is sent to embassy on behalf of university.
  • Travel insurance, as per embassy/consulate instructions Türkiye incoming health insurance is mandatory.
  • If the student’s age is less than 18 years, it is necessary that the parents of the student should visit to the consulate and receive a standard agreement.
  • Incas if an applicant from one zone wants to apply to another zone (Kabul) or (Mazar-e-Sharif) he/she has to bring a resident approval from letter from local municipality district or home deed with electricity bell which is registered to his/her name.
  • Note: If necessary, the applicant is required to attend the meeting in Türkiye Embassy Kabul Afghanistan or Türkiye Consulate General in Mazar-e-Sharif Afghanistan. The process may take one to two months.
