Students who want to study at high school, university, bachelor's degree, master's degree or doctorate in Turkey must obtain an equivalence certificate for the diplomas they received from the schools they graduated from in their own country in order to study in Turkey.
So what is an equivalence certificate?
The equivalence certificate is a document showing that the school you graduated from is equivalent to schools in Turkey. In other words, Equivalence refers to the determination that the high school, associate degree, bachelor's degree and master's degree diplomas received from a recognized higher education institution abroad are equivalent to the high school, associate degree, bachelor's degree and master's degree diplomas given by higher education institutions in Turkey.

Without the Equivalence Certificate, your University registration will not be completed and your registration may be cancelled. It is more convenient and easier for you to apply for the equivalence certificate while you are in your country. To apply for an equivalence certificate, you must apply to the Education Counselor at the Turkish Consulate in your country. If you cannot get one from your country, you must have a residence permit to apply in Turkey.

PREPARE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
When you apply for an Equivalence Certificate, the original of your diploma and transcripts of all your academic semesters must be ready. It is of great importance to have the original documents stamped. Because documents that are not verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are not accepted by both the education directorates in your country and the Provincial Directorate of National Education.

You can go to the Turkish Consulate in your country and apply for equivalence to the Education Counselor from there.
