The documents mentioned above must be submitted to the Turkish foreign representative office. The documents submitted must be error-free and complete. Documents must also be submitted in their original form. If it is detected that the document has been manipulated or falsified, your visa application will be canceled and legal action will be taken against you. You must be at the Turkish consulate on the appointment day and time. If you do not attend the appointment or are late for any reason, your application may be cancelled. Things to Consider in Türkiye Family Reunion Visa Procedures
For a visa application for a Turkish family reunification visa, the foreign national who is in Turkey as a supporter must be a legal resident in the country. The spouse and children of a foreign citizen who does not legally reside (illegal) do not have the opportunity to apply for a visa for family reunification.
