What are the documents required for Georgia work visa application?
• Georgia visa: In accordance with the agreement made between the Republic of Turkey and Georgia, Republic of Turkey ordinary, special and service passport holders are exempt from visa for 90 days for their travels to Georgia. They do not need to obtain a Georgian visa
• Citizens of the Republic of Turkey, holders of ordinary (maroon), special (green) and service passports and those who will receive a Georgian work visa, Georgian student visa and Georgian family reunification visa must apply to the Georgian consulate.
• Georgia tourist visa: Thanks to the agreement made between Turkey and Georgia, a visa is not required for a certain period of time during touristic travels. A Turkish citizen has the right to stay in Georgia for 90 days within a 6-month period. They have the right to stay for a period of 90 days at a time. After 90 days are completed, it is necessary to exit the country.
• Georgia commercial visa: Republic of Turkey public, special and service passport holders are exempt from visa for their commercial travels for a period not exceeding 90 days.
• Georgia fair visa: Republic of Turkey ordinary, special and service passport holders are exempt from visa for their travels for the purpose of participating in the fair, provided that it does not exceed 90 days.
• Georgia work visa: In order to have a work permit in the said country, it is mandatory to apply to the Georgian Ministry of Labor unit. Various documents are required to obtain the permit. Approved permits are given for a period of 6 months or 1 year. If there is a very large investment, a 2-year work permit can be granted in exceptional cases. People who have a work permit cannot work outside the workplace specified in the permit.
