How to get a work permit for Mehran Group Dubai?

Citizens of the Republic of Turkey, like many foreign citizens, need a visa to work in the United Arab Emirates.

After agreeing on working conditions, the employer submits an online application to the Ministry of Labor (MoHRE). The Ministry issues an entry permit visa that allows the employee to enter the UAE and stay for 30 days.²
After this period, the employee has 60 days to obtain a residence visa.² The employer starts the application process for a work permit, also known as a labor card, upon the employee's arrival in Dubai.
To obtain an ID card, the employee goes to the United Emirates Identity Service Center with his/her valid passport and entry visa.
The employee is expected to go to a public hospital and be examined to prove his health condition.²
The employee then applies for a residence visa through the immigration centre.
The employee brings all requested documents to the Dubai Naturalization and Residency Department (DNRD). The residence permit is stamped in the employee's passport.
