Documents that can be e-Apostilled

With the e-Apostille System, you can request apostille for your documents prepared electronically. You can currently apply for the following documents:

• Criminal Record

•              Court order

•              Identity register copy

• Multilingual Birth Registration Sample (Formula A)

• Multilingual Marriage Registration Sample (Formula B)

• Multilingual Death Registration Sample (Formula C)

E-apostille is not given to countries that are not parties to the Hague.

Some international shipping documents and invoices are not e-apostilled.

HOW MUCH IS THE E-APOSTILLE FEE?

The service fee to be paid for the e-Apostille service is 50 TL (Including VAT) for the Judicial Record Certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice, Judicial Justice Commission Presidencies (regardless of the number of pages), for Court Decisions given by the Ministry of Justice, Judicial Justice Commission Presidencies (regardless of the number of pages). It is 100 TL (VAT included).

For Multilingual Birth Registration Sample (Formula A), Multilingual Marriage Registration Sample (Formula B), Multilingual Death Registration Sample (Formula C) and Population Registration Sample Certificate issued by the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Regardless of the number of pages) It is 50 TL (VAT included).

If you request apostille certification for more than one document in your applications, this service fee must be paid for each document. The service fee to be paid for the administrative documents to be issued later will be determined.

 

 

Application finalization process

Your applications for apostille for your documents will be forwarded to the authorized institutions (Ministry of Justice for judicial documents, Ministry of Internal Affairs for administrative documents). After the relevant units of the authorized institutions complete the procedures for applying apostille to the documents, the result of your application will appear as "Approved". This process varies depending on the type of your document and the density of the authorized institution.

Your application may be rejected if your document cannot be found or apostille cannot be applied. It is important that you enter complete and accurate information about your document to reduce the possibility of your document being rejected due to not being found.
